Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Yes, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

How do I initiate a exchange?
Email us at contactus@neerzaa.in with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup.

When will I get my exchanged product?
First you have to send us the received product and post validation we'll send the new product. If the new product is out of stock, then you'll have to wait for few days to get it.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer size exchanges subject to availability.
